Pleasant environment, and delicious cake. No savoury foods and no WiFi meaning the business meeting we tried to have was made somewhat inefficient.
Lovely environment, friendly service and delicious food and tea (hot sausage roll). What more could you ask for! Will definitely return to try more from their menu (including the wonderful looking cakes!!).
Service was absolutely awful, no staff present while we were eating. Didn't offer us any additional tea or coffee, what we did have was warm. The decaffeinated coffee had no taste and was clearly old coffee.We had to ask for serviettes, forks and knives, not sure how we were going to eat coleslaw without a fork, and eat a scone without a knife. I think the staff need to learn how to smile.The cafe was virtually empty and they were going to turn a family of 6 away, one of the woman who was in the group said can we sit over there and you push the tables together, a young guy said yes we can do that but clearly the other woman that worked there were not very helpful.The sandwiches were very good.Oh my goodness not a pleasant afternoon tea, I won't be returning
Very busy at lunchtime but not that you can't find a table. Cakes and scones were superb with a fantastic selection of teas.Great atmosphere and delightful setting.
Lovely setting & great afternoon tea. It's a shame that a business that advocates local still uses French jam despite being given a local Norfolk maker over 2 years ago. Support "Buy Local Norfolk"
