Just met the rudest doctor ever. If the idea is to put you off returning she succeeded. Never had problems before this & receptionists are always so helpful but went feeling terrible & came home much worse .
Rudest staff me and my partner have ever come across. Wrong prescription was ordered by them which the receptionist did apologise for over the phone. However after going to pick up the tablets in dispensary, the women in there where so rude spoke loudly about the tablets and issues my partner had which where private and confidential, then continued to insist my partner was in the wrong for ordering the wrong medication even though they had messed up. Would rather go up to walk in even though they are useless. That's how bad I would rate them. Maybe a customer service course would teach basic manners.
Was seen today by Dr Sian Very thorough and compassionate Dr. On time and kept to time. Cant praise Market Surgery enough. We have been with them for over 25 years.
Appointments nearly always over 30 minutes behind! Very unhelpful, all we needed today was an inhaler. They sent us away with out one, went to another pharmacy they said they could give us one if we get prescription faxed over, asked market surgery to do it and they didn't! Useless. If my 3 year old deteriorates or anything happens to her its on them!
