i wish i could give zero stars. More than once "tomorrow by 2pm" actually means that four days later its still an unhelpful shrug. "dunno when we can get it" the person in front of me today was also promised "today by 2pm" and was offered an unhelpful "try somewhere else" when he tried to collect. previously claimed that a prescription was never given in until i proved that it had been. they had lost it.another time adamant they didnt have my prescription, i told them they did, they refused many times until i forced their attention to the bag containing it on the shelf behind them.enough is enough. never again. i would rather walk ten miles in the snow than rely on this incompetent shambles of a business one more time.i urge you to avoid this place like the plague.
the chemist is very good but can be a bit slow
Terrible service, always need to wait ages to be served. There is always plenty of staff members behind the counter and only one person serving, even when the queue is up to the door. Never been served straight away, every time had to come back as my prescriptions weren't ready and the pharmacist was "busy". Frustrating experience every time!
Its impossible to make a direct phone call to this pharmacy on the Telephone number advertised. It will always click into a fax machine. I have reported this but there is still no action which is very frustrating
Always happy to help but sometimes you need to wait a while before being served.
