Absolutely horrendous customer service, never once contacted me with a delivery but would state once questioned that they tried to deliver.This was a Christmas present ordered in November, still not deliveries end of Jan, again when questioned they willOnly deliver after hours mom to sat, when asked if I could collect, I could only do that in office hours Monday to Friday Looked for refund in the end, ruined the Christmas present
Pellpax were great to deal with! Not only did they have the air rifle I wanted at the best price, they delivered it all the way from Norfolk within 2 days for under 20... incredible! My order was confirmed by phone and I was informed of the delivery date and time, and their driver arrived at exactly the given time. Great service, lovely friendly people, brilliant prices. . what more could you possibly want? Highly recommended.
My first experience using Pellpax and it will not be the last. From the ordering procedure right through to delivery the service was OUTSTANDING.I was kept informed regarding my order by a "real" email (not a computer generated one) and also by telephone (A nice personal touch in my opinion). The delivery was earlier than expected as they had called and let me know they were doing extra deliveries due to the Christmas period and would I mind having it delivered early! Delivery to the door was seamless and a great price. The delivery chap was cheerful, polite and professional. All of the staff I have had contact with have been polite, helpful and professional. We have just purchased a starter kit for our son but I know where I will be going when he moves on to more adult rifles. Thank you Pellpax!
Be wary when ordering,website shows item as being in stock but actually isnt.i order jab .177 heavyset,waited a week until I had to call as had absolutely no feed back,was told that they had only just gone on back order.This was a Friday was then informed a replacement pellet would be sent out and would be with me early week...Wednesday arrives but still no order,again had to call to be told it had just been dispatched and would receive item Thursday...Well just not good enough,3 tins of pellets then having to make do with a second choice ..and a near 2 week wait with no courtesy email to explain just made to wait and wait until its obviously apparent its not coming and they still charge you 6.99 delivery..look else where people
Absolutely fantastic company! Don't honestly know what the one star people are on about. I asked for advice on a rifle. I got very detailed advice so bought it based on that advice. When the outfit arrived it was everything and more. Used it the weekend and i can HONESTLY say it lived up to all that was told to me and then some!!! Very helpful,friendly and extremely knowledgeable company! Will definitely be using them again. Many thanks guy's!
